Refund policy
At Dubai Perfumery, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and with tags still attached)

Be in its original packaging

Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process
Once you contact us, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your item. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note, items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away at info@dubaiperfumery.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized items (such as special orders)

Personal care products (like beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you're unsure about a product, please get in touch with us for more details before making a purchase.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend that you return the original item and then place a separate order for the replacement. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The same conditions apply as for other returns—your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with tags attached, and you must have proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
